Confirmation, Cancellations & Refunds
After you submit your request to book a tour package of Char Dham, we'll email you to confirm that we're arranging reservations for your requested services under your name. Once we've booked all your hotel accommodations and other services, we'll send you an official tour package confirmation with all the finalized details, including hotel names, travel dates, and the complete tour itinerary.
Following that, we'll ask you to make an advance payment of 30% as a token amount to secure your tour with us. You can pay the remaining 70% upon your arrival in India. This ensures transparency between you and us throughout the booking process.
To confirm your booking for all services, a certain advance payment is required. The remaining balance can be settled before you depart from your city or upon your arrival in Uttrakand, as agreed upon by our team and you. The amount of advance payment will be determined by our management based on the nature of the service and the time remaining before the service begins.
In some cases, such as special train journeys or bookings at hotels or resorts during peak seasons like Christmas or New Year, full payment is necessary in advance as mentioned in your tour proposal.

If you need to cancel your tour or travel services, please inform us in writing. Cancellation charges will apply based on the following schedule:
- If you cancel 75 to 60 days before the tour start date, there will be no charges.
- If you cancel 60 to 45 days before the tour start date, 30% of the package cost will be charged.
- If you cancel 45 to 35 days before the tour start date, 50% of the package cost will be charged.
- If you cancel within 35 days of the tour start date, 100% of the package cost will be charged.
Please note that special train journeys and bookings during peak seasons may have different cancellation policies, which will be communicated when necessary. For flight ticket cancellations, the airline's cancellation policy will apply.
If you cancel your trip after it has started, any refund will be limited and depend on what we can recover from the hotels or contractors we work with. We won't refund for unused hotel stays, transportation, or missed meals.
For services that were paid for but not used, like cancelled hotel bookings or transportation, refunds will be based on our cancellation policy mentioned earlier. The refund will be issued to the person who made the payment and may take 2-4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is credited to a credit card or bank account, any bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
