Terms & Conditions

  • Air conditioning won't work in hilly areas or when the car is parked.
  • The car won't travel on dirt roads due to safety concerns.
  • Rates are not applicable in May, June, long weekends, or during festivals.
  • The driver won't drive in No-entry zones or on narrow streets to avoid traffic jams.
  • Driving after sunset and playing music isn't allowed in some hill areas for safety reasons. Please cooperate.
  • If there's snowfall or road blockage, the car won't proceed. Additional transportation must be arranged at your own expense.
  • Pick-up and drop-off points are limited to one each. Any additional stops must be discussed and agreed upon before booking.
  • Parking will be covered once per day. If you need to park again on the same day, you'll need to cover the cost.
  • The total amount is only valid for the places mentioned in the tour itinerary.
  • Tour destinations and routes cannot be changed without prior notice, and rates may vary accordingly.
  • A day's duration is from 6 am to 9 pm. Any requirement outside these hours will incur extra charges.
  • If the vehicle is in poor condition, please contact the company immediately.
  • Rates are subject to change based on diesel/petrol price fluctuations. Significant increases may lead to rate adjustments even after confirmation.
  • Any mistreatment of our drivers or behavior deemed unacceptable may result in passengers being asked to leave the vehicle.
  • We reserve the right to provide a similar car if the booked one is unavailable.
  • It's the customer's responsibility to inform us of any time-sensitive transfers. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
  • Please discuss your tour schedule and itinerary with the driver. Don't push them to exceed safe speed limits.
  • At certain tourist destinations, larger vehicles may have restrictions. Guests may need to arrange alternative transportation at their own cost.
  • Parking may be located a short distance from sightseeing spots, and guests are responsible for reaching it.
  • The vehicle is permitted for sightseeing points along the route and within city limits as mentioned in the itinerary.
  • All nearby sightseeing points should be covered together; the vehicle won't return on the same route for missed spots.
  • Additional charges may apply for extra days due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
